Unitized Discs   Description: ABI's Unitized Discs is a high density unitized wheel mounted to a type 27 hub. Unitized discs provides rapid stock removal on ferrous or non-ferrous materials. The unitized disc is produced by bonding, treating, compressing, and heating layers of abrasive impregnated non-woven material to form a solid wheel construction. While this dense wheel is more durable and aggressive it provides a consistent finish and is easy to use.
